We make these artisan crispbreads by hand in the Easy Bean's Somerset bakery with nutty-tasting chickpea flour and buttermilk from the farm down the road. They're seasoned with a twist of black pepper and topped with pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed and nigella seeds, for lots of crunch and bags of flavour.
Ingredients: Chickpea flour, buttermilk (MILK), rice flour, salted butter (MILK), sunflower seeds, flaked almonds (NUTS),flax seeds, spices, baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), water, sea salt, black SESAME seeds.
