These charcoal & rye sourdough crispbreads are inspired by the love of Swedish baking. They use simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, fresh milk and the precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
Baked until crisp, they are the natural choice for a soft goats cheese or a ripe Brie.
Ingredients: Milk, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough (rye flour, water), wholemeal flour, honey, butter (milk), charcoal, sea salt.
